Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a Balti pan, wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chilli, ginger and spice mix and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the prawns and green pepper and stir fry for about 5 minutes, adding a little water to stop the mixture sticking if necessary.
- Stir in the garam masala and coriander and cook for a further 5 minutes, adding a little more water if necessary, but the mixture should be quite dry. Serve.

- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 2.5 cm fresh root ginger, grated

- 2 green pepper, deseeded and cut into small dice
- 3 teaspoon Balti garam masala
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
