JHINGA AUR KUMBI CURRY

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter with the oil and fry the onion until golden brown.
  • Add the bay leaves and fry for a 1 minute.
  • Add the prawns and all the spices and continue to stir-fry over a low heat.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to fry for 5 minutes.
  • Gradually add the cream ,cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 100 grams onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 100 grams peeled prawns 
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala 
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander 
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce 
  • 100 grams mushrooms, peeled and sliced
  • 200 ml fresh single cream
