Preparation Method :

  • Un shell the prawns and clean them.
  • Mix Prawns, Mustard paste, Turmeric powder, Coconut milk, Green chilli and oil in a heavy bottomed bowl
  • Put on the stove, put a lid over it and allow to cook. 
  • After 15 minutes check the gravy. Let the gravy dry and the prawns cook.
  • Remove from the oven once oil separated around the gravy.
  • Serve hot with plain rice.


  • 500 grams Prawns    
  • 4 tablespoons Mustard Paste 
  • 300 ml Coconut Milk  
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Slitted Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoonIDHAYAM Sesame Oil
