BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Wash and Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.
- In a pan Add Chicken, Yogurt, Turmeric, Black pepper and Salt and blend well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan and pour oil, add mustard seeds, After it crackles, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chili.
- Add ginger-garlic paste fry for 3 minutes then add little water and add coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric stir well for 5 minutes.
- Then add chicken with 1cup of water and cook for 20 minutes with closed lid.
- Once the chicken is done, Add tomato sauce, chilli soya sauce, white vinegar.
- Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with lacha paratha.

- 1 kg Chicken
- 400 ml Yogurt
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- 3 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame Oil
- 4 Green chilli
- ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 10 Curry leaves
- 2 teaspoon Ginger - Garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- Pinch of Turmeric
- 2 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon Chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
- 2 teaspoon White vinegar
