CHICKEN SIZZLER

Preparation Method :
- Slice each chicken breast into two.
- Grind the Ginger, garlic cloves, small onions, green chillies, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and make a paste.
- In a bowl, add chicken, lemon juice, grounded paste, salt and marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry the chicken over low heat until tender and gets brown colour on both sides.
- In another pan, heat oil, add capsicum, onion, salt and soya sauce. Stir fry it for 2 minutes.
- Place the chicken on a hot sizzler plate with the stir fried onion and capsicum.
- Serve with rice, bread.

- 2 large bone less chicken breast
- 1 small piece ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 5 pieces small onions
- 2 green chillies
- ½ tablespoon black pepper powder
- Few coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 sliced capsicum
- 1 sliced onion
- ½ teaspoon soya sauce
