Preparation Method :

  • Slice each chicken breast into two.
  • Grind the Ginger, garlic cloves, small onions, green chillies, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and make a paste.
  • In a bowl, add chicken, lemon juice, grounded paste, salt and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry the chicken over low heat until tender and gets brown colour on both sides.
  • In another pan, heat oil, add capsicum, onion, salt and soya sauce. Stir fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Place the chicken on a hot sizzler plate with the stir fried onion and capsicum.
  • Serve with rice, bread.


  • 2 large bone less chicken breast
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 pieces small onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper powder
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 1 sliced onion
  • ½ teaspoon soya sauce
