Preparation Method :

  • Heat a pan, pour oil, Fry the chicken Pieces and keep aside.
  • Mix the Light and Dark soya Sauce, Salt, Chicken Broth and Pepper to make a sauce.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add sauce.
  • When the sauce comes to boil, add the cornstarch paste slowly and stir well.
  • Add the chicken, cashew nuts and celery. Keep stirring until the gravy thickens. 
  • Add salt and pour little sesame oil top of it.
  • Remove from the flame and serve hot.


  • 500 grams chicken breast, diced into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 100 grams cashew nuts
  • 1 bowl diced celery
  • 400 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoon cold water
  • Salt to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon light soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
