Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients under marination except corn flour and egg white and keep in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Add corn flour and egg white to the marinated chicken and mix well.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown and crispy and keep it aside.
  • Pour 2 teaspoon of oil in another pan.
  • Add finely chopped garlic, chopped onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the red chilli flakes and saute for a minute and add the soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces, cashews and mix well and saute for 2 more minutes.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • Serve it hot.


  • 250 grams Chicken boneless, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 100 grams Mix of sliced broccoli, capsicum, carrot
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 100 grams cashews
  • IDHAYAM sesame Oil for deep frying

For Marination

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Soya sauce
  • Egg white of 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Flour  
  • Salt to taste
