Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl combine soya sauce, egg, corn flour, pepper, salt & chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry the chicken pieces till light brown.
  • Drain on a tissue paper and keep aside.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok. Fry the chillies.
  • Add the white part of the spring onion, garlic and ginger saute it.
  • In a bowl combine sauce, honey, corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, 1tablespoon sesame oil, water and chicken seasoning cube.
  • Pour this over the onions and saute till it thickens.
  • Add chicken and toss on high flame.
  • Transfer it in a bowl and top with green part of spring onion & sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.


  • 4 tablespoon Hot and sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 cube Chicken seasoning
  • 400 grams chicken boneless cut into 1/2" pieces

For marinate

  • 2 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Sesame oil for deep fry

For sauce

  • 4-6 dry red chilli
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 spring onions sliced with green separately
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds roasted
