Preparation Method :
- In a bowl combine soya sauce, egg, corn flour, pepper, salt & chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry the chicken pieces till light brown.
- Drain on a tissue paper and keep aside.
- Take 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok. Fry the chillies.
- Add the white part of the spring onion, garlic and ginger saute it.
- In a bowl combine sauce, honey, corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, 1tablespoon sesame oil, water and chicken seasoning cube.
- Pour this over the onions and saute till it thickens.
- Add chicken and toss on high flame.
- Transfer it in a bowl and top with green part of spring onion & sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoon Hot and sweet chilli sauce
- 1 cube Chicken seasoning
- 400 grams chicken boneless cut into 1/2" pieces
For marinate
- 2 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Sesame oil for deep fry
For sauce
- 4-6 dry red chilli
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 spring onions sliced with green separately
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 200 ml water
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds roasted
