Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken with curd, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, food colour, and ginger garlic paste for 3 hours.
  • Heat a pan with sesame oil.
  • Cook the chicken till done.
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.


  • 1 kg boneless chicken
  • 3 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 500 ml Curd
  • 1 pinch Tandoori food colour
  • 6 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon Ginger /garlic paste
  • IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
