Preparation Method :

  • Cook green vegetables for 2 minutes in boiling salted water; then drain.
  • Heat oil and butter in a wok, then fry sliced chicken breasts until almost cooked.
  • Add the vegetables, red chilli, Sriracha sauce and soy sauce.
  • Stir-fry to cook the chicken fully. Add roasted cashew nuts and sliced spring onions, then serve.


  • 500 grams green vegetables
