Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a kadhai and fry the onion until translucent. Add garlic paste and chilli powder, and continue to fry.
  • Add garam masala, vinegar, salt and chopped tomatoes. Keep stirring until the tomatoes turn pulpy.
  • Add the meat and enough water to make as thick or thin a curry as desired. Cook until meat is tender.
  • Serve with naan.


  • 50 ml sesame oil
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 4 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 5 teaspoons garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 kg mutton, cut into 2-inch pieces
