GOAN FRIED PRAWNS

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the prawns with the Vinegar, chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Salt, Garlic and Ginger Minced and leave to marinate for Minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan; shallow fry the prawns, a few at a time, till turn golden Colour. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain the excess oil on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with wedges of lemon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Prawns, shelled, deveined                 
  • ¾ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder                 
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1teaspoon Ginger   Garlic minced
  • ¼ "piece Ginger minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1½ teaspoon Vinegar
  • 75 ml Cooking oil
