SPICY TANGY PRAWNS

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Clean the prawns and wash it with salt and water.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste to the prawns, mix well and keep it aside.
  • Cut the onions, tomato, green chilli and ginger into slices.
  • Heat a frying pan, add Idhayam sesame oil, fry the onions till turns golden brown, and then add the tomato, green chillies and ginger.
  • Add the mixed Prawns and Cook till done.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kg prawns
  • 2 big sized Onions 
  • 1 tomato
  • A small piece ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoons  IDHAYAM sesame oil
