Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer. Keep it aside.
  • Then, Heat oil in another pan and put the cumin, dhaniya, cinnamon, Cardamom, clove and fry till the cumin crackles.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry till it turns golden brown.
  • Add the fried paneer and the sliced capsicums and fry for few minutes.
  • Finally add the cashew paste and cream and cook for a little longer.


  • 250 grams Paneer, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dhaniya
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ Green, red, yellow Capsicum each, cut them into slices
  • 1 teaspoon Cashew Paste
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Salt to taste
