Preparation Method :

  • Thread the pepper squares, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower florets, pineapple chunks and paneer cubes on to skewers.
  • Place the skewers on a flameproof dish or in a grill (broiler) pan.
  • Brush the vegetables with the seasoned oil. If seasoned oil too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water.
  • Grill until the vegetables begin to darken slightly, turning the skewers regularly to cook evenly. Serve on a bed of plain boiled rice.


  • 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into squares
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into squares
  • 9 cherry tomatoes
  • 9 cauliflower florets
  • 9 pineapple chunks
  • 9 cubes paneer
  • Plain, boiled rice, to serve

For the seasoned oil

  • 20 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
