Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil. Squeeze the soaked methi and fry in oil for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt, turmeric and chili powder.
  • Add malai and cook some more time.
  • Finely add in the fried paneer. Mix well. Serve.


  • 2 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves, cleaned and soaked
  • 75 ml Cooking oil 
  • 75 ml fresh malai or cream 
  • 250 grams paneer - cut in tiny cubes, fried to light golden brown 
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
