Makes :
1 Small Jar

Preparation Method :

  • Chop mangoes into small square pieces Powder 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds. Roast asafoetida in 1 teaspoon of oil and powder.
  • Heat oil, and allow the mustard seeds to splutter.
  • Add it to the mangoes and the rest of the ingredients with it, and mix well.
  • Bottle and store in a refrigerator.


  • 6 Raw Mangoes 
  • 4 teaspoons Chilly powder 
  • Asafoetida 2 lemon-sized
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds 
  • 4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 3 teaspoons Salt
