SPICY LIME PICKLE

Makes :
2 Large Jars

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash lime and wipe well. Cut into small square pieces, add salt and turmeric powder.
  • Keep aside for four days. Stir frequently.
  • Add the roasted and powdered ingredients and mix well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg of Lime 
  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 
  • 1 kg of Salt 

Roast and Grind

  • 400 grams of Red chilly 
  • 100 grams of Methi 
  • Asafoetida 2 marble-sized
