Preparation Method :

  • Slit the lime into 4 leaving it whole.
  • Roast the red chillies, then the methi and asafoetida in a teaspoon of oil.
  • Roughly powder them and add salt to it.
  • Now stuff the ground powder into the slits of the lime. Store in a large bottle.


  • 2 dozen Lime 
  • 16 Red Chilies 
  • 2 teaspoon Asafoetida 
  • 2 tablespoon Methi 
  • 200 gram of Salt
