TOFU PULAO

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
  • Add cloves, cinnamon, Cardamom, chopped onions.
  • Fry it until Onions turns pinkish brown then add coriander and fry for few minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add sliced tofu in it and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder according to taste.
  • After 5 minutes add 2 table spoons of chicken masala and let it cook.
  • Boil the brown rice and add to the mixture.
  • Let it cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.

  • 2 small onions
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 100 grams coriander
  • 200 grams peas
  • 1 green chilli
  • 200 grams tofu
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 Cardamom pieces
  • 200 grams brown rice
  • 2 table spoons Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chicken masala
