CORIANDER LEAVES RICE

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare rice, so that each grain of the cooked rice is separate.
  • Chop onion finely for 400 grams.
  • Grind coriander leaves, green chilly, roasted black pepper and the red chillies and prepare a masala paste Slit green chillies.
  • In a deep pan, heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds and then add the jeera. Add onion, green chillies and fry until it turns transparent in color.
  • Now add the masala paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
  • Add ghee, salt mix this paste well with the cooked rice.
  • Serve with papads.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams of rice
  • 1 kg coriander leaves
  • 400 grams of onion
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 4 red chillies
  • 4 black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of jeera
  • 4 tablespoon of ghee
  • 4 tablespoon of Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
