EGG SALAD

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and keep it aside.
  • Boil the eggs, de-shell and separate the yolk from the egg white.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes and the egg yolk together with salt.
  • Add the mashed mixture to the yoghurt and mix well.
  • Now add the finely chopped onion, the black pepper powder and salt.
  • Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 ml of yoghurt
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of Black pepper powder
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
