Preparation Method :

  • Lamb Salad Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high heat. Brush the lamb with the oil. Place on the grill and cook until tender, 5 minutes each side for medium- rare.
  • Put the tomatoes and arugula on a serving dish. Slice the lamb and place over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Tzatziki Whisk the yogurt, garlic, cucumber, mint, oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Serve the lamb salad warm with tzatziki spooned over the top.


  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 650 grams lamb steak, cut from the fillet
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 300 grams arugula
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • 500 ml plain Greek- style yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 small cucumber, peeled and cut into small dice
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
