BANANA AND COCONUT RAITA

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste and mix gently to combine.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve the raita immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, toasted
  • Pinch of chilli powder
  • 2 small bananas, thinly sliced
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
