Preparation Method :

  • Grind together all the ingredients to a fine paste. Mix the paste, sugar and salt with the yogurt and keep refrigerated till you serve. Serve in a serving bowl.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams hung yogurt, Whisked
  • ½ teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon nigella seeds
  • ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds (sarson)
  • ½ teaspoon brown mustard seeds (rai)
