Preparation Method :

  • Add 2 tablespoon of cream, roasted cumin powder, ginger and garlic juice with salt. Mix and transfer to a nice, crystal serving bowl.
  • Heat the oil to a smoking point. Add mustard seeds, with the whole red chillies.
  • When they start to splutter and the colour of chillies darkens, pour the baghar over the yogurt relish. Serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 500 grams yogurt
  • 3 whole red chillies
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  • Salt, to taste
