Preparation Method :

  • Place yoghurt in a glass bowl; use a whisk to beat yogurt until smooth. Gradually add cream, whisk well after each addition.
  • Stir in finely chopped red chili and salt.
  • Peel and chop bananas into small even pieces. Stir banana into yogurt mixture, mix well.
  • Serve chilled with a garnish of sliced red or green chili if using. 


  • 400 ml plain yoghurt 
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped red chili
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 medium shed, ripe bananas
  • 2 red or green chili, seeded and sliced
