COCKTAIL IDLI RAITA

20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grate coconut.                                   
  • Coarsely grind masala ingredients.
  • Prepare idlis in cocktail idli moulds.
  • Beat yoghurt into lassi.
  • Splutter mustard seeds in oil and add to prepared idlis; now add the ground paste and yoghurt to this mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams of Cocktail idlis 
  • 1 teaspoon Mustards seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 500 ml Yoghurt 
  • Salt to taste

Masala

  • 4 tablespoons Coconut 
  • 2 Green chilly 
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
