CUCUMBER AND MINT RAITA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste and mix gently to combine.
  • Leave the raita to stand for about 10-15 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams natural yogurt    
  • 1 cucumber, chopped    
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • Lemon juice, to taste    
  • Salt, to taste
