CUCUMBER AND MINT YOGURT RAITA

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Whisk together all the ingredients and serve chilled, garnished with a few mint leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, coarsely grated and squeezed of all excess moisture
  • 350 ml low-fat yogurt, chilled and whisked
  • 25 grams fresh mint, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Extra fresh mint leaves to garnish
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
