CUCUMBER AND ONION RAITA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Chop the cucumber finely and reserve about 5 thin slices of cucumber for garnish.
  • Place in a bowl with the onion, salt and coriander, and mix together.
  • Whip the yogurt, mix with the water and pour over the cucumber and onion mixture.
  • Place in a serving dish and serve, garnished with the cucumber slices.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cucumber
  • 50 grams onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 250 grams thick natural yogurt
  • 100 ml water
