CUCUMBER RAITA

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the yogurt until smooth in a bowl, then stir in the cucumber and chilli mixture.
  • Stir in the salt and cumin. Cover the bowl and chill before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 fresh green chilli, seeded and chopped 
  • ½ cucumber, finely diced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 250 ml plain yogurt
  • Pinch of salt
