Preparation Method :

  • Slice lady finger into thin round pieces Beat yoghurt into lassi.
  • Heat 3 teaspoons of oil add the ladyfingers and fry; sprinkle a little water and close the lid for a minute. Fry until dark golden.
  • Heat oil, and allow the mustard seeds to splutter and add to the lassi mixture.
  • Add vegetable to yoghurt. Add salt and serve.


  • 300 grams of lady finger 
  • 300 ml of yoghurt 
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 
  • 6 tablespoon Cooking oil 
  • Salt to taste
