Preparation Method :

  • Place the yogurt in a chilled bowl and add the grapes or kiwi or peaches with walnuts.
  • Slice the bananas directly into the bowl and add in gently before the bananas turn brown.
  • Add the sugar, salt and ground cumin, and gently mix together.
  • Sprinkle on the cumin seeds, chilli powder or paprika, just before serving.


  • 100 grams seedless grapes / peaches / kiwi
  • 50 grams shelled walnuts / almonds
  • 2 firm bananas
  • 400 ml natural  yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground cumin seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • ΒΌ teaspoon freshly roasted cumin seeds, chilli powder or paprika, to garnish
