Preparation Method :

  • Pour the yogurt into a bowl and whisk it well. Add the salt, sugar, honey and mint sauce.
  • Check the sweetness and add more honey, if needed.
  • Add the chopped coriander to the yogurt mixture, with the chili, onion and water. Pour into serving bowl.
  • Garnish with the reserved coriander and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.


  • 500 ml natural (plain) low fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon mint sauce
  • 2 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 fresh green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon clear honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 40 ml water
