TOMATO, ONION AND CUCUMBER RAITA

Preparation Method :

  • Stir all the ingredients together and season to taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams plain yogurt, whisked until smooth
  • 100 grams cucumber, peeled and chopped into small dice
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small vine tomato, chopped into small dice
  • Large handful of chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • Salt, to taste
