Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a bowl.
  • Add the dressing and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
  • Serve.


For the salad

  • 1 large capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 100 grams sprouted beans

Salad Dressing

  • ½ tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
