CHICKEN CUTLET

Preparation Method :

  • Cook and mince the chicken.
  • Heat a pan, add oil, fry the green chillies, curry leaves, onion, salt, fennel powder, pepper powder, and garam masala, add chicken and coriander leaves and saute well.
  • In a bowl, add mashed potato and cooked chicken mixture.
  • Make small cutlets out if it.
  • Dip the cutlets in egg and coat it with bread crumbs properly.
  • Heat oil in pan, Fry the cutlets till done.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Boneless chicken
  • 350 grams Boiled potato, mashed
  • 2 big Onion, sliced
  • 4 Green chilli, sliced
  • Curry leaves finely chopped
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Fennel powder
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper powder  
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 3 Egg
  • 100 grams Bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil for frying
