KACHCHE KELE KE SAMOSE

Preparation Method :

  • Peel the green bananas and grate them.
  • Heat a pan and boil the grated green bananas and strain water and keep it aside.
  • After a while, when bananas cool down, mash it.
  • Mix the mashed bananas and paneer.
  • In a bowl, add maida, ajwain, little sesame oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper powder and add water to knead dough and keep it aside for some 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat a pan, add sesame oil, add hing, ginger garlic paste and stir it for about 5 minutes.
  • Add green banana paneer mixture and stir it well for again 5 minutes and then add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt as per taste.
  • Then add cinnamon powder, amchur powder and then add roughly crushed almonds and cashew nuts and cook it for 2-4 minutes and then set aside.
  • Make small balls out of the dough.
  • Roll out like roti and cut from one side and make a cone like samosa and fill in the green banana mixture in it.
  • Seal the edges with oil and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot with pudina chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 green bananas, finely grated
  • 100 grams paneer, finely mashed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tablespoon amchur powder
  • ½ tablespoon hing
  • IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for frying
  • 8-10 raisins
  • 5-6 almonds and cashew nuts roughly crushed
  • 200 grams maida
  • ½ tablespoon ajwain
  • Water for kneading dough
