CRISPY ONION PAKORA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Remove the skin of onion, and chop to fine pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the chopped onions to it.
  • Add Besan, Rice flour and Rawa to it. Add chilli Powder, salt, asafoetida and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Mix well without adding water and make a small pakoras out of it.
  • Heat Sesame oil in a kadai. Take the mixture and drop them slowly to hot oil.
  • When the pakoras turns golden brown, remove from oil.
  • Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Onion, Chopped
  • 600 grams Besan                                 
  • 100 grams Rice flour                         
  • 200 grams Rava                                 
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli Powder          
  • Handful of Coriander leaves, Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Asafoetida                       
  • IDHAYAM Sesame oil to fry
  • Salt to taste
