FISH PAKODA

Preparation Method :

  • Take ginger, garlic, green chillis and coriander leaves together and make a fine paste at blender, keep aside.
  • Cut the fish into pieces.
  • Apply Ground paste and salt, mix well then add maida & corn flour mix well then add fennel seeds powder, Carom seeds powder, curry leaves, red chilli powder and little salt again, mix well.
  • Keep on refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes heat the Sesame oil in high flame then simmer and fry fish 2-3 pieces at a time.
  • After frying add pinch of chaat masala over fish pakodas.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Maida
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 500 grams boneless fish washed & drain
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Fennel seeds, roasted and crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds, roasted crushed
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Curry leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
