SAVOURY RICE FLOUR PANCAKES

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat a flat griddle or pan with a little oil, pour the pancake on to the griddle to form a circle.
  • When the pancake starts to crisp at the edges, flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve the pancakes with Tomato Salad and fresh lime wedges.

INGREDIENTS

Flour Mixture - Mix with Little Water to Smooth Thin Batter

  • 220 grams white rice flour
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • Salt, to taste
