Preparation Method :

  • Mix all ingredients except oil till it forms a stiff dough.
  • Make small lemon-sized balls and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat and deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney. 


  • 4 cubes of grated cheese
  • 4 tablespoon sweet com kernels
  • 4 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • A few teaspoon of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil for frying
