Preparation Method :

  • Cook the corn and peas.
  • In a Large bowl, mix the cooked peas, corn, steamed rice, oil, salt, coriander, grated chilli and maida and mix well and mash it.
  • Make rolls out of it.
  • Mix maida, little salt with water to make a batter.
  • Dip the rolls in maida batter and coat well.
  • Deep fry the rolls.
  • Serve hot.


  • 200 grams sweet corn
  • 200 grams green peas
  • 200 grams steamed rice
  • 100 grams maida
  • Sesame Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 5 chillies
