Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast coconut and melon seeds separately for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  • To make sugar syrup, boil sugar and water for about 10 minutes, stirring, to get a 2 thread syrup.
  • Add coconut and melon seeds and stir for 4 minutes.
  • Spread mixture on a clean well greased surface. Cut into pieces after it cools.



  • 200 grams dry coconut, thickly grated
  • 400 grams melon seeds
  • 400 grams sugar
