SNACKY GATTE POTLI

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the pan, add oil and rai.
  • Once the Rai pops up, add potatoes, peas, salt, pepper, hara dhaniya, kasuri methi and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Then add lemon juice in that mixture and switch off the stove.
  • To prepare dough: Mix besan, oil, salt, and drops of lemon juice.
  • Use dough to make small puris and fill that mixture into them and shape them as potli.
  • Now boil these potlis for 5 minutes in hot water.
  • Take it out from hot water and fry them in hot oil.
  • Serve with green chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Besan
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 200 grams peas, boiled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rai (Mustard Seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 50 grams Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves)
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
