Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, combine the corn flour, plain flour, soya sauce and salt with water to make a smooth batter.
  • Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and coat the sesame seeds and deep fry in hot oil, till Turns golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot. 


  • For the Til paneer starter
  • 400 grams paneer cubes
  • 50 grams corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour (maida)
  • ½ teaspoon soya sauce
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Idhayam Sesame oil for deep frying
