CHICKEN SOUP

For a healthy and flavour full starter try the South Indian Chicken Soup. This spicy chicken soup will leave your senses ready for more indulgence.
Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • All the ingredients above are to put into a pressure pan.
  • Immediately after the first whistle, let the entire pan simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Now you can filter the soup and garnish it with Coriander Leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 Grams of Chicken
  • 400 ml of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Crushed Black Pepper
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 7 Small onions
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
  • 1 small pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to be added as preferred
  • As garnishment, use Two Coriander Leaves
