SPINACH AND POTATO SOUP

Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat butter in a saucepan; add garlic and onion and sauté till golden.
  • Then add spinach, saute for 3 minutes and mix grated potatoes and little water. Cook them until tender.
  • Then add milk and vegetable stock and cook till it turns thick and creamy.
  • Add pepper and transfer it to a serving bowl.
  • Serve hot with crusty bread.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium Onion, Minced
  • 15 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 Potatoes, boiled and grated
  • 20 Spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
