Preparation Method :

  • Grate coconut and grind soaked rice finely. Add both with salt and keep aside for 2 hours.
  • In a non-stick pan make thick adais.
  • Turn both sides until done.
  • Serve hot with sambhar.


  • 400 grams of Parboiled Rice 
  • 100 grams of Coconut 
  • Cooking Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
